  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • ale or milk
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Place Cheese in saucepan over low heat.

    Add ale or milk gradually, stirring until cheese melts.

    Add mustard, paprika and cream.

    Mix well.

    Heat about 5 minutes stir often.

    Serve immediately over over cubed bread, toast or crackers!
