- 1 c. beer or ale
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of salt

1With top chafing pan set in water jacket, melt butter.

3While it's melting, slowly add beer.

4Add seasonings. Stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture is blended and cheese is melted.

5Serve at once on hot buttered toast.
