  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 oz. butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. made mustard (English or French)

    Heat milk and melt butter; then beat it into the grated cheese with other ingredients.

    Turn cheese mixture into a bowl and cover with foil.
