  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Directions

    Melt butter, seasonings and cheese in a double boiler until cheese is soft.

    Add corn starch to beer and slowly add eggs to mixture. Cook until thick. Serve very hot on toast.
