  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 lb cheddar cheese
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup milk

Directions

    Melt the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.

    Break the cheese into small bits and add to the melted butter with the salt, pepper, mustard and cayenne.

    Heat until cheese melts, stirring regularly.

    Beat egg and milk together.

    Add the egg mix to the cheese mix, and while it is still heating, stir until thick.

    Serve right away.
