- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 lb cheddar cheese
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- 14 cup milk
Directions

1Melt the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.

2Break the cheese into small bits and add to the melted butter with the salt, pepper, mustard and cayenne.

3Heat until cheese melts, stirring regularly.

4Beat egg and milk together.

5Add the egg mix to the cheese mix, and while it is still heating, stir until thick.

6Serve right away.
