- 2 lb. venison
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 stalk celery, cut up
- 3 medium onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. tomatoes
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper and coat venison.

2Heat bacon fat and brown meat on both sides.

3Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, for 1 to 2 hours in electric frypan.

4Serve with noodles.
