  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 (7 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar stuffed olives
  • 1 (16 oz.) Longhorn cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Chop green pepper, onion and garlic.

    Saute with the ground beef, using a little oil to prevent sticking.

    Cook evenly.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    To this is added the tomato soup, being allowed to simmer in covered pan for 30 minutes.
