  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 4 c. mashed tofu
  • 6 Tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 4 tsp. yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 1/4 c. CASHEW CHEESE

Directions

    Drain and mash tofu with a fork.

    Saute onions and bell pepper in a little water.

    Add tofu and seasonings.

    When tofu is done, add
