- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown roast in oil.

2Add chopped onion.

3Cook until golden. Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and salt.

4Pour over meat.

5Simmer covered until meat is tender, about 3 hours.
