  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 large box French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. chopped nuts, coconut, raisins, cherries, etc. (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Grease and flour one 10-cup tube pan or two large loaf pans.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

    Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 60 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.

    This freezes well.
