- 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 lb. Swiss or Muenster cheese, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. chopped nuts, coconut, raisins, cherries, etc. (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour one 10-cup tube pan or two large loaf pans.

3Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

4Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 60 minutes.

5Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.

6This freezes well.
