- 2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
- 2 c. water
- potatoes
- carrots, cut in rounds
- onions
- refrigerated biscuits
- grated Parmesan cheese
- margarine
Directions

1Marinate meat in dressing for several hours or overnight in fridge.

2Remove from marinade and brown meat.

3Combine meat, marinade and water in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.

4Cover.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Add vegetables and continue baking for 45 minutes.

7Place biscuits around edge of casserole; brush with margarine.

8Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 475° for 8 to 10 minutes.
