- 4 to 5 lb. boneless beef brisket
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- meat tenderizer
Directions

1Wash and dry brisket.

2Bring to room temperature and sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

3Place meat fat side up in roaster.

4Combine catsup and horseradish.

5Spread over meat.

6Add water until about 1 inch deep.

7Cover.

8Cook 6 hours at 225°.

9Cool and slice. Reheat slices in foil when ready to serve.

10Serve with barbecue sauce.
