Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • milk (pudding box)
  • remainder of Cool Whip
  • toasted coconut

Directions

    Blend flour, margarine and nuts together; pat into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350° oven.

    Cool.

    Blend cream cheese, sugar and fold in Cool Whip.

    Layer on cooled crust. Follow directions on package and mix chocolate pudding, using milk.

    Spread rest of container of Cool Whip and can sprinkle top with nuts or coconut.

    Refrigerate and serve.
