Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked leftover meat (chicken, ham, turkey, hamburger, can of tuna), chopped
  • 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 oz. cheese, shredded (sharp, American, Chedarella, Swiss)
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery, cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. frozen peas or broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook elbow macaroni until al dente.

    Drain.

    Mix rest of ingredients with macaroni and place into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, if desired.

    Cook at 350° for 35 minutes until hot.
