Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked leftover meat (chicken, ham, turkey, hamburger, can of tuna), chopped
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 oz. cheese, shredded (sharp, American, Chedarella, Swiss)
- 1 can condensed cream of celery, cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. frozen peas or broccoli
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook elbow macaroni until al dente.

2Drain.

3Mix rest of ingredients with macaroni and place into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, if desired.

4Cover.

5Cook at 350° for 35 minutes until hot.
