- 1/2 cup diced salt pork
- 4 tbsp. onion
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups cooked wheat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until tender.

2Fry the pork until crisp and drain the fat.

3Keep 3 T. fat.

4Add onions and brown lightly in the fat.

5Stir in flour and thicken.

6Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
