Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 6 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Add in oil and honey.

    In separate bowl mix together the flours, salt and dry lowfat milk.

    Add in to yeast mix.

    Cover and set in hot place.

    Let rise till double (about 2 hrs).

    Turn out onto floured surface and knead a few times.

    Roll out into desired thickness and cut with 2 inch cutter.

    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
