- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. white flour
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add in oil and honey.

3In separate bowl mix together the flours, salt and dry lowfat milk.

4Add in to yeast mix.

5Cover and set in hot place.

6Let rise till double (about 2 hrs).

7Turn out onto floured surface and knead a few times.

8Roll out into desired thickness and cut with 2 inch cutter.

9Makes 2 dozen rolls.
