- 1 c. whole wheat flour (or rice flour)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with fingers.

2Add enough cold water to stick together.

3Knead.

4Roll thin and cut in squares.

5Prick each with fork.

6Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° until brown and crisp.

7Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

8Cool on cake rack.
