Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour (or rice flour)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with fingers.

    Add enough cold water to stick together.

    Knead.

    Roll thin and cut in squares.

    Prick each with fork.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° until brown and crisp.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool on cake rack.
