- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 c. olive oil
- 30 basil leaves
- 1/2 c. spinach leaves
- black pepper to taste
- 2 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. Romano cheese
Directions

1Puree pine nuts and garlic with olive oil in food processor. Add basil, spinach and pepper.

2Process on puree for 2 minutes. Add cheeses and puree for 1 additional minute.

3Serve over pasta for a very healthy and filling meal.
