  • 2 oz. roasted pine nuts
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 30 basil leaves
  • 1/2 c. spinach leaves
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. Romano cheese

Directions

    Puree pine nuts and garlic with olive oil in food processor. Add basil, spinach and pepper.

    Process on puree for 2 minutes. Add cheeses and puree for 1 additional minute.

    Serve over pasta for a very healthy and filling meal.
