- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 6 large eggs
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat sugar, Crisco and eggs (one at a time) for 10 minutes. Gradually add flour, whipping cream, salt and vanilla.

2Beat 10 more minutes.

3Put on greased and floured tube pan.

4Put in cold oven and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
