  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

    Now whip the heavy cream and add.

    Turn out on wax paper and knead lightly.

    Pat out 3/4 inch thick.

    Cut and place on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 450°.
