- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

2Dissolve over hot water.

3Whip the cream until stiff.

4Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin and beat until it forms peaks.

5Spread over cake.
