- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Put water in a small pan.

3Set pan over a pot of boiling water.till it becomes clear.

4DO NOT STIR.

5Cool to room temperature.

6Whip cream to medium thickness.

7Pour gelatin in the center of cream while still whipping.

8Add sugar and vanilla.

9Beat till stiff peaks form.
