- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour, sifted
- 6 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1 small carton whipping cream (heavy or light)
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Add eggs one at a time. Add extract.

3Alternately add flour and whipping cream.

4Pour in well greased tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes.

6Serves 10 to 12.
