Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Vinegar; 1 cup Water; 1/4 cups Serrano Peppers, Seeds Removed And Diced; 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Roughly Chopped; 1/2 cups Onion, Finely Diced; 1/2 cups Carrot, Peeled And Finely Diced; 1/4 cups Whiskey; 1 whole Lemon, Juiced; 1/2 cups Brown Sugar Or Molalsses; 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin; 1 Tablespoon Salt

1 cup Water
1/4 cups Serrano Peppers, Seeds Removed And Diced
2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Roughly Chopped
1/2 cups Onion, Finely Diced
1/2 cups Carrot, Peeled And Finely Diced
1/4 cups Whiskey
1 whole Lemon, Juiced
1/2 cups Brown Sugar Or Molalsses
1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Salt

1. In a saucepan, heat the vinegar with the water and add the diced peppers, chipotle peppers, onion, and carrot. Let them simmer on low heat covered for 15-20 minutes to soften.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, stir and return to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.

3. Puree in a blender or food processor, transfer to a glass jar and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to one year.
