- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped
- 2 (19 oz.) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme, crumbled
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced carrots, thawed
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Heat oil in medium size nonstick saucepan.
