  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained But Not Rinsed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 1/2 Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Capers
  • 1 cup Herb Infused Olive Oil
  • Pita Chips, To Serve

Directions

    In the bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Parmesan, salt, crushed red pepper, and capers.

    Run processor to bring it all together.

    Then slowly pour in olive oil while processor continues to run, until = mixture is smooth and creamy.
