White Bean Garlic Dip

- 2 15-ounce cans white beans
- 4 unpeeled cloves of garlic
- 1 loaf baguette bread
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1In a medium size pan over medium to low heat, cook beans and garlic until beans are tender, (30 to 45 minutes).

2Once beans are tender, remove garlic.

3Place beans in food processor, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

4Puree 3 to 4 minutes, then add olive oil and puree 2 additional minutes.

5Slice and toast the bread. Spread bean dip on toast, sprinkle with sage and serve.
