- 3 cup flour
- 2 1/4 tbsp yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp veg. oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1let yeast rise in bowl mixed with the warm water, sugar, oil and salt for 10 minutes.

2mix with flour slowly; mix until doughy consistency is achieved.

3knead for at least 10 minutes by hand.

4allow to rise in a greased baking pan for 1 hour.

5keep dough cover with a warm wet cloth.

6after 45 minutes, preheat oven to 350. allow oven to get nice and hot before inserting bread.

7coat top of bread with beaten egg wash.

8by then, your hour long proofing session should be done; place dough in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.

9allow bread to cool fully before cutting it or taking it out of the baking pan.
