- 8 to 9 c. bread flour
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Combine 3 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast; blend well.

2Heat water and margarine to 125°.

3Add water to flour and blend until moist.

4Beat 3 minutes on medium.

5By hand, stir in 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour until dough pulls clean.

6Knead in 1/2 to 1 cup flour until elastic, about 12 minutes.

7Place dough in greased bowl with plastic wrap and towel.

8Let rise until double in size (1 hour). Punch down to remove air.

9Shape into ball and rest covered 15 minutes.

10Shape into loaves and let rest 45 minutes.

11Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
