- 1 c. water (warm)
- 3 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 9 c. flour
Directions

1Mix 1 cup warm water, yeast and 1/4 cup sugar.

2Let stand for 10 minutes.

3Add the remaining ingredients and enough flour to make dough easy to handle.

4Knead 10 minutes, let rise 1/2 hour.

5Punch down, raise another 1/2 hour.

6Punch down and put in 3 loaf pans. Raise again.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
