- 12 c. flour in bread pan
- 4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lard
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Heat 4 cups water (2 cups in each pan).

2In one pan, put 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons lard and 1 tablespoon salt.

3In the other, put 1/2 cake of yeast or 2 packages of dry yeast.

4Put both pans of mixtures in the flour and knead.

5Let it raise for 3 hours.

6Put in greased pans and let raise for an hour.

7Put in oven for 45 minutes at 375°.

8After taking out of oven, grease the bread with shortening.
