  • 7 slices White Bread
  • 1 cup Milk- Scalded
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons White Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

Directions

    Slice the bread; place in a bowl and pour the boiling milk over top.

    In a small saucepan, cook the onion gently in butter until it is translucent. Remove from the heat; add the parsley.
