  • 1.5 cups chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
  • 5 t green hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken halves
  • 2 T stone-ground cornmeal
  • 1 (19-oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 2 T thinly sliced green onions
  • Lime wedges (optional)
