- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 4oz. Cans Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3 15oz. Cans Great Northern Beans (rinsed)
- 4 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 cup Diced, Cooked Skinnless Turkey or Chicken
- 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions

1Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.

3Stir in chiles, oregano, cumin and cayenne.

4Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

5Stir in beans and broth; bring to a simmer.

6Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

7Add turkey (or chicken) and vinegar; cook for 5 minutes more.

8Serve!
