  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 or 3 white onions, chopped
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar jalapenos, sliced or chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 4 cans Great Northern beans
  • 6 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Boil chicken until done.

    Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and cover for 2 hours, stirring often.

    Add chicken and cover for 1 hour.

    Spread cheese and put chili on top of tortilla chips and add cheese.
