  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • 4 1/2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 c milk, plus 3/4 cup
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c cake flour
  • 1 c sugar, plus 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder, plus 1 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 9 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Honey Buttercream Icing, recipe follows

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Melt chocolate in the microwave. It should take approximately 1 minute. Be careful not to burn.
