  • 10 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 16 ounces, fluid White Chocolate
  • 1 cup M&Ms (optional)

    Lay the popcorn in a single layer on wax or parchment paper on a baking sheet.

    In a double boiler, melt chocolate until no lumps remain, stirring constantly. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn. Working quickly, toss popcorn so that each piece is fully coated.

    Sprinkle the M&Ms, if using, over the popcorn. Let cool for 1 hour. Break into smaller chunks and store in an airtight container.
