White Chocolate Easter Bark

  • 14 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Chopped, Divided
  • 2 ounces, weight Candy Melts, Pink
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs, As Needed
  • White Chocolate Chips, As Needed

Directions

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.

    Microwave 8 ounces (226 grams) of the white chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, and spread out into a large rectangle. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until just set.

    Microwave the rest of the white chocolate with the Candy Melts, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before pouring onto the white chocolate, and spreading out to the edges. Sprinkle with Mini Eggs and white chocolate chips, then allow to set at room temperature.
