White Chocolate Fig Pie

- 8 ounces about 1 1/2 cups figs, stemmed
- 12 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (or chocolate crumb)
Directions

1In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely.

2Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth.

3Spoon into crust.

4Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean.

5Cool completely, then refrigerate.
