White Chocolate Fig Pie

  • 8 ounces about 1 1/2 cups figs, stemmed
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (or chocolate crumb)

Directions

    In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely.

    Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth.

    Spoon into crust.

    Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean.

    Cool completely, then refrigerate.
