- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Melt chocolate in double boiler.

2Cool to lukewarm temperature.

3Whisk in one egg yolk at a time.

4Beat egg whites until stiff.

5Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.

6Beat heavy cream until stiff.

7Fold heavy cream into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours minimum.

8Decorate with shaved chocolate and raspberries.
