- 2 c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. white chocolate, broken into 1/2 oz. pieces
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions

1Heat the heavy cream in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Bring to a boil.

3Place the white chocolate in a stainless steel bowl and pour the boiling cream over the chocolate.

4Tightly cover the top with film wrap and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

5Remove wrap and whisk until smooth.
