- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate mint chips
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Slowly add sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

3Fold in vanilla, nuts and chips.

4Drop by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with foil.

5Do not peak.

6Place cookies in a preheated 400° oven.

7Turn off immediately.

8Leave overnight or at least 6 hours.

9Yields 3 dozen.
