  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • small diced onion (optional)
  • about 2 sticks oleo

Directions

    Grate both cheeses together and put in bowl close to stove. Put small amounts of oleo in frying pan.

    Put corn tortilla in to get it soft on both sides.
  3. 3
    Put small amount of cheese mixture and onion in middle of tortilla.
  4. 4
    Fold over and turn until cheese melts.
  5. 5
    Serve hot.
