White Enchiladas

- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- small diced onion (optional)
- about 2 sticks oleo
Directions

1Grate both cheeses together and put in bowl close to stove. Put small amounts of oleo in frying pan.

2Put corn tortilla in to get it soft on both sides.

3Put small amount of cheese mixture and onion in middle of tortilla.

4Fold over and turn until cheese melts.

5Serve hot.
