- 5 eggs
- 3/4 lb. candied cherries
- 1 3/4 c. plain flour
- 4 c. pecans (whole)
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. Brazil nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Leave fruit in large pieces.

2Blend butter and sugar until fluffy.

3Add beaten eggs and blend.

4Mix nuts with 1/4 cup of flour.

5Sift the remaining flour and baking powder together.

6Add vanilla and blend with butter, sugar and egg mixture.

7Pour over nuts and fruit.

8Bake in greased tube pan at 250° for 3 hours.
