- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon
- 1/8 tsp. almond
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Chop cherries and pineapple fine.

2Chop pecans.

3Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

4Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.

5Add flour and baking powder mixture to butter mixture.

6Add flavorings.

7Pour over chopped fruit and pecans. Stir well.

8Mixture will be stiff.

9Be sure to get fruit and pecans covered well.

10Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 250° for 3 1/2 hours.
