- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 qt. nuts
- 1/2 box raisins (optional)
- 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Cream the butter and eggs together.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Mix fruit and nuts in enough flour to coat well.

4Add rest of ingredients.

5Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
