- 3/4 lb. red candied cherries
- 3/4 lb. green candied cherries
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. broken pecans
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 oz. bottle lemon extract
Directions

1Sift 4 cups flour over all fruit.

9Oil loaf pans and line bottom with oiled brown paper.

10Bake at 300° for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
