  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. candied cherries, chopped
  • 3 c. candied pineapple, chopped
  • 6 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Cream butter well; add sugar and cream together until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
