White Hominy Pudding

- 1/2 lb goya white hominy corn
- 2 quarts whole milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Soak the hominy in cold water overnight. Drain and rinse.

2Place in a large heavy weight saucepan.

3Add milk and cinnamon.

4Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer uncoverd, sirring occasionally until hominy is soft. If liquid evaporates rapidly, add BOILING milk.

5Add sugar and cook until mixture thickens.

6Can be served hot or cold.
