Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. light syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 t. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 t. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in double boiler and beat with mixer over double boiler until forms stiff peaks.

    Remove from heat and add 1 t. vanilla.
